Amnet and Kezban Announce Technology Partnership

New York and London, November 3, 2016 – Amnet Systems has inked a deal with Kezban Media and Publishing to market an online library platform combined with digital rights management services to publishers and libraries, further enhancing the company’s technology capabilities for digital assets.

Publishers will be able to host all or parts of their library on the platform; libraries can curate specific content collections to be offered to their members. Currently the platform has over 200 library subscribers in Europe, serving over five million members.

“Amnet now has the exclusive right to offer this hosted online library platform to North American libraries and publishers, in addition to clients worldwide. The user interface is brilliant in its simplicity for both administrators and end users. We take care of the licensing, affording publishers of all sizes a cost-effective option for additional distribution and revenue stream,” said Jacklyn Smith Karceski, EVP of Amnet Systems.

Jahir Hussain, Founder and CEO of Kezban, noted, “our collective passion for education and enrichment drove the efforts of our technology team in developing a scalable online library platform. Merging our technology with Amnet’s world-class publishing service offerings will, in simple terms, provide more people with more of the content they want.”

The online library platform will be available in mid-November. For more information, please contact Scott Hanson, Director, STM, Society + Association Development at 978-621-6231 or scott.hanson@amnet-systems.com.
